The Rightful lords
Several noble families were stripped of their titles and lands by the Sovereign in the early days of the Empire. They were branded with scorn and for centuries avoided by the wider populace, losing influence and power over time until they lay forgotten. The descendants of these families still believe in their right to their titles and lands, that they were robbed of their heritage. Some simply seek what they believe is theirs, while others plot more drastic gestures - the overthrowing of the Sovereign and end of the Empire.

While most of the lords have been either eradicated, reduced to nothing, or escaped the Empire - some still have influence and power of various kinds.
- Amphion Family -> Destroyed long ago, only one living descendant remains at the time of the Imperial civil war.
- Mossar Family -> Said to have initially escaped the onslaught by the Pheagon dynasty and headed out east, establishing a new estate that now lies abandoned. No one knows what happened to them in the end.
